We also have a custom Canvas Division that works in durable Sunbrella fabric, so our canvas solutions are ready to stand up to the harsh marine environment as well.

Shape Fabrication was founded in 2009 in response to increasing public demand for the services and expertise of its founder, John Schafer. With over 35 years of manufacturing management experience in a variety of metal fabrication businesses, John brings an unmatched wealth of design, engineering, fabrication and project management knowledge to bear on every custom metal fabrication project that Shape Fabrication undertakes.

While form follows function in all of our work (purpose and durability are of the utmost importance), form has a very high priority on our list. Every aspect of each design is intententional and we use classic rules of design that lead to an esthetically pleasing end product. When necessary concept drawings are generated to give the customer an idea of what the finished product would look like.
